1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using FanzMarket you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Creators must additionally complete identity verification.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No sexually explicit content, nudity, or content sexualizing minors.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal activity.
- No infringement of copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- No scraping, spamming, or attempting to bypass gated content.
5. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Content ownership
Creators keep ownership of content they upload and grant FanzMarket a license to host and deliver it to their paying subscribers.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for creator content or interactions between users.
