Contract Between Creators & Users
A plain-language agreement that both sides accept when a fan subscribes to a creator on FanzMarket.
Parties
This agreement is between the Creator (the verified account being subscribed to) and the User (the person paying to access that creator's members-only content). FanzMarket is the platform that hosts the relationship and processes payment; it is not a party to the underlying creative work.
What the Creator promises
- To be the real person or entity shown on the profile and to have passed FanzMarket identity verification.
- To own or have the right to publish everything they post.
- To deliver the content, cadence, and perks described on their tier page in good faith.
- To keep members-only content behind the paywall and not share subscriber personal data.
- To follow FanzMarket community guidelines and applicable law.
What the User promises
- To be 18 or older and to use their own valid payment method.
- To keep gated content private: no downloading, screen-recording, reposting, or resharing outside FanzMarket.
- To treat the creator with respect in DMs and comments — no harassment, threats, or demands for content beyond the tier.
- To report anything that appears to violate this agreement or the law.
Payment, renewal, cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until the User cancels. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the Terms of Use.
Ownership and license
The Creator keeps ownership of their work. The User receives a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view the content while their subscription is active. That's it — no resale, no redistribution.
If something goes wrong
- If a Creator stops delivering the tier they advertised, the User may cancel and report the account.
- If a User breaches this agreement (leaking content, abuse, chargeback fraud), the Creator may block them and FanzMarket may suspend the account.
- FanzMarket may mediate but is not obligated to arbitrate creative disputes.
FanzMarket' role
FanzMarket provides hosting, payment processing, identity verification, and moderation tooling. It is not the author of creator content and does not guarantee any specific creator's output.
Acceptance
By subscribing, the User accepts this agreement. By accepting subscriptions, the Creator accepts it too. It works alongside the FanzMarket Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
