FanzMarket (“we”, “us”) operates a subscription platform that helps creators publish content and connect with paying fans. This page describes what personal data we handle and why.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, handle, avatar.
- Creator verification: government ID and a liveness selfie, processed by our KYC partner. We store only the pass/fail result and reference ID.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We never see full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, posts opened, device and IP for security.
- Content: posts, messages, and media you upload.
3. How we use it
To run your account, verify creators, process payments, deliver content to your subscribers, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
Limited data is shared with our payment processor, KYC provider, hosting and email vendors, and law enforcement where legally required.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations. Verification results are retained per applicable KYC rules.
6. Your rights
